Detail
The goal of the project is to find out how the Lower Cluster (supposedly) manages to leech CPU power from Ringlab Beta, and how that could be stopped. This is done as a contingency, in case the situation escalates and the Chimbot Hijacking Project doesn't produce the intended results. However, just in case the Lower Cluster needs the power for survival, we'll only stop the power leech this way if absolutely necessary.
