Description
We, the TAU Divers, are dedicated to understanding TAU's inner workings, extracting all of the information that TAU holds, and using it to the benefit of the tower. Furthermore, should the need arise, we are also dedicated to the development of a parallel computer system to act as a replacement to TAU, as the primary computer of the colony. We feel that this is entirely probable, since it is quite likely that TAU is beyond repair.
Currently, we are designing the tools required to study TAU's structure, so that we know where to connect and how to extract information from TAU's database.
Projects
Systems Map - In order to further understand the structure of TAU, we must know how its systems work. This project will provide the basis from which to begin understanding TAU's systems, by providing us with the tools and techniques to analyze large systems.
We are also contributing to other projects:
Chimbot Hijacking Project - We are developing a laseroptic based relay communications system, which will hopefully be utilized by the chimbot as its communication link back to the cluster, as well as serve the basis for a permanent communications link with the lower cluster.
