Description
A new ring started solely for the purposes of protecting the health and well being of the towers inhabitants, safeguarding them from whatever new pathogens or problems come our way and perhaps even helping those who have an interest in the adaptation of our species for survival...though of course this will be discussed and is not a set directive.
