Leadership Positions
- Leader: known as the First Advisor, seconded by a Counsil, both elected by full members.
Description
In short : A bunch of fellow people working in small teams/crews, sharing tools and tips. Having members specializing in many and exotic domains, we will provide skilled workforce as well as uncommon resources... for mutual benefit barters.
Ultimately we have two main goals, one is to become the handymen and intermediaries of this new world... a trusted and neutral partner of many a project and individual. The second aim is to be well-prepared against anything the future has in hold for us and this colony.
Admission : Free candidature welcomed, but accepted only if sponsored/supported/nominated by at least two members (to preserve the fellowship spirit).
Motto : "We invest in the future and that means you and us." Mascot : Probably a golden chimpbot. Some slogans : "We're here to do a job, well and to the end." "You need something, we can probably find or provide it."
Roleplay : It is important to us. Expectations : Not many, mainly teamwork, respect and some degree of benevolence... plus a bit of interest in crew life and ring events. For example in-ring votes, informal ceremonies for promotions and acceptations in a crew, featured projects and proposals.
