Description:

The so called Pit Syndrome (name given by BHU) is the first detected influenza-like sickness occured in the Middle-Cluster of the tower.

The name was given due to the location, where this influenza had ist origin – in the PIT (shaft)

Symptoms:

  • Weakness-attacks
  • Vomit-attacks
  • Unconsciousness
  • Fit in caughing
  • Tiredness

All symptoms are like heavy influenza-symtoms, variating in severity due to constitution of the sick person.

So be careful with normal influenza, it might be a Pit-Syndrom.

Origin of Pit Syndrom

So far BHU believes that the origin of the PIT-Syndrom is a kind of fungus called MYCO GLOSS (DC_NBR_MYCO GLOSS). This fungus seems to grow on hatches and machines.

Pass on

How this pathogen behaves or how it passes on this sickness is not identified clearly. Passing on by air througout contaminated exhausts seems to be logical so far.

Allergosis:

Not yet clear if only some people react on Myco-Gloss with the Pit-syndrom. So we stand in distance of an allergosis as long as this is diagnosed clearly.

Curing-Methods:

Long-term Floatbed-rest, Direct methods or medicines are not researched so far.

Protection-Methods:

BC-Bio-Headgear and other Nose/Mouth-protections
