+Of course, the requirement for research tools is probably not Basic Repair, which makes up for most of the N/As. The only repair functions listed as N/A are Isolate, which I did not confirm dropped Inspirations before the drops were disabled, and Recharge, which is undocumented and does not work yet on the tools where it is listed.

Bio Sponge?

I believe that there is only one Bio Sponge - it just got modified.

No, there are currently two Bio Sponges listed.

Skill requirements of Basic functions

One can deduce that the basic tool functions, like Crowbar, Screwdriver, and Biosponge, have a skill requirement of Basic Repair L1 (or maybe L0). This is because you get Basic Repair Inspiration drops when using these tools (or used to before the drops were broken). Since everyone starts with Basic Repair L1 and the examine windows do not list skill requirements when you have already met them, that is why it is not obvious.

Makes sense to me. Maybe we could confirm this with a dev and then change all the N/A's to Basic Repair L1? I would assume all characters wil start with that after launch as well.
