  • Amass favors, materials, informations and skills for the time we will have eenough informations to decide a "right" path.
  • Meanwhile support seedlings' projects, from personal to colony-wide ones, with high-skilled workforce and well-rounded teams or mediators and middlemen.
  • Regroup different opinions and mindsets to stay "on the edge" about new ideas or proposals.

The current content of the game doesn't allow for such a ring to exist, and the current state of the game doesn't allow wanabee ring members to play.
